Dive & Snorkel Trips

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund.

• If the boat is cancelled due to inclement weather you will be issued a full refund.

• We try to update you on conditions before the charter. If you are susceptible to seasickness, please take appropriate action (dramamine, sea bands, ginger, etc). Refunds are not given for sea-sickness. 

 

Courses

• Courses are non-refundable.

• Rescheduling up to 7 days before the course begins is allowed.

• Any rescheduling within 7 days of your course will incur a $125 rescheduling fee per person.

• You have 1 year to complete your course from the date of purchase.

• If you do not fully complete your course with us, we will fill out a Referral form that you may bring to any PADI dive shop to finish your course.

• Please make sure you have no medical conditions that prevent you from diving before you book your course. Review the Medical Release here.
